UK ORDERS: We offer a refund/exchange policy should your item unfortunately arrive faulty or damaged. Please email us at so we can discuss this with you and rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

In the event that you may not like the item or the size isn't right for you, we offer returns with in 14 days of your order arriving. You are responsible and bear all costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We will deal with your refund once the items have been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from any refund due.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food)
  • Underwear (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Toiletries
  • Items on sale

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I’m afraid returns are not available on orders placed outside the UK, but any faulty or incorrect items will be rectified but you must notify me by email as soon as your order arrives. I will endeavor to pack all your items with care and plenty of packaging materials to keep them as safe as possible. Any damages are the responsibility of the buyer.
